Tom Hamilton

Tom is an ex-Military officer with over a decade of military and business leadership experience.

After serving in the Grenadier Guards, Tom has built several early stage technology startups in the construction and logistics, entertainment, and retail sectors. This included attending the startup incubator program “Seedcamp”, and raising venture finance from high worth individuals and institutions.

At Hill Coates Tom combines his entrepreneurial and business experience with strategic planning and leadership skills to connect capital with opportunity and business leaders with the right business.

Tom has a hunger for innovative business models and niche market sectors that can create an unfair advantage. Tom is part of the team searching for suitable investee companies and the management teams to run them for both for private equity and private investors.

Tom is a keen supporter of veterans charities. He lives in London with his wife Pips, two small boys, and a black spaniel.
